    Hey,

    So went the homebrew route there with a few friends, first tried out a Wheat Beer (Coopers). Bottled it yesterday, but apart from what I've verbally heard that I should leave the bottles two weeks, I haven't seen too much information on this, is there any issue with opening some sooner than two weeks?

    Also, can't find any information on how long the beer should last, any clue on this? Probably won't be an issue but best to know either way.
