Irish breweries don't use them, but you could ask these guys. It's a cask, not a keg, btw.

Locke's AKA Kilbeggan distillery in Westmeath have a small working cooperage there. You could contact them,they'd have a good knowledge of where to source one or might even make one if you'd commission it..Who knows!
