Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have tickets to the all blacks match today and considered cycling to the stadium, I'm still honeymooning with my bike and so do not want to take any risks, I've a couple of good locks, but it's location ideas it's a belt drive bike and it attracts attention everywhere, I can't find info on the stadium page about cycling to the stadium. Thanks in advance.

AFAIK there's no match day cycle parking on site.

The closest Sheffield Stands (the upturned U-rack) I know of are beside The Embassy Grill opposite the American Embassy, and maybe some on Shelbourne Road near the post office.

Better still, maybe try Irishtown Garda Station? They don't have on site parking, but they might not mind you locking to a pole.

Alternatively, there's some parking beside the library in Ringsend (the stand-alone brick building with the high hipped roof just at the sharp corner in Ringsend) which should be far enough away from the stadium not to attract too much attention, though the stands are of the who-let-the-architects-loose variety, i.e. overdesigned and not as reliable as the trusty Sheffields.

FYI... there are some U bars on the small open space beside Wanderers Clubhouse (Elverys Sports Shop) they are within view of security, and not in the path of the crowds. A lot of motorbikes and cycles are parked here.

not much good to you now but I only saw the post today (Mon)

I cycled with my son to the Samoa match - there are lots of poles on Bath Ave within the cordon - there were quite a few bikes. We locked ours to a pole at Havelock Sq with our own Garda to watch over them while we were at the match.

According to the website there is bike parking on the podium but I've not seen it.
