Hi, I'm trying to publish a site using DW8 and its just not happening. Ive watched tons of online tutorials and each is sayign the same thing which I thought I was following but I think I must be making some small mistake somewhere.

Say I create a folder Documents > Davy Test

In this I create an Images folder

I go to Site > New Site HTML blank page

When I select new site for Site name ; Davy Test and local root folder documents \davy test

    For default images folder : Documents\Davy Test\images

    Links relative to document

    http address (http://www.mydomain.com)
    enable cache

On the site I simple write test and then save as index

I press the blue arrow to "put files" and brings up site definition for Davy Test

    I select FTP

FTP host ; as given by register365
    host directory : \
Login ; as given by hosting
password : as given by hosting

I select use passive FTP and only other tick is maintain synchronisation

aFTER "TEST" it says it connected to my web server successfully

    I select OK

Hit the blue arrow again and asks if I want to put the entire site so OK

The box disappears and says file complete or somethign and thats that. No site up or anythign else? Where am I going wrong?

Not being familiar with R365's FTP, could the html directory be public_html rather than / directory?

    Regards...jmcc
