Charlie Adam has handed in a transfer request.

Obviously trying to force through the move to Liverpool. Holloway's reaction to this should be good.

Blackpool have rejected his request for a transfer.

Will be interesting to hear what Holloway will say.

    Brilliant Holloway is a legend!
I think it would be a very bad move for Charlie Adam personally.

    Why so?

    Why so?

He'd probably not get first team football. Or do you think he'd get his place ahead of meriles and gerrard.

    Exactly my thinking

Apparently Muntari has said his goodbyes and will be joining up with Sunderland tomorrow.

A loan 'till the end of the season with an option to make it permanent for €8m.

Babel has agreed to join Hoffenheim, according to SSN.

Kenny Dalglish must be considerably out-of-the-loop in terms of transfer activity, he said earlier today that the player would be staying at Anfield.

Who's the blonde presenter on SSN tonight?

*avoids Andy Gray-esque embarrassment by not making transfer-related puns about her*

I was looking at the SSN website, not the televised edition, but I'm sure her comprehension of the offside rule is perfect :D

You must be very naive to believe that to be the case

Don't think Diame will be at Wigan much longer. Hilarious comments from him.
Latics midfielder Diame blasts 'cr*ppy' Wigan and says the girls 'only look good at night'

Mohamed Diame has blasted life in Wigan as boring, and says the town is a 'cr*ppy' place to live.

The Lactics midfielder moved to the DW Stadium from Spanish side Rayo Vallecano in the summer of 2009, and has played more than 50 games for the club.

But the 23-year-old is at risk of alienating the club's fans after his incredible outburst.

'The truth about life in Wigan is there is nothing to do', Diame told a French football magazine.

'It is a cr*ppy place. The town is tiny and there is no atmosphere. I go into training, I return home, and that is all I do.

When it snowed I felt like it was minus 15, and feared I was going to turn into an ice cube.'

Diame also hit out at the town's female population: 'It is rare to see truly beautiful girls when you go out during the day,' he added.

'But it's a different story when you go out in the evening. The girls seem to cover themselves up all day, only to be in good-looking mode at night.

'In Madrid I had the impression that all the women were beautiful.'

Someone at the club should show him the bus station. It's only ten miles to exotic Bolton.

Emmanuelson's signing had brought there average age a little low so glad to see they've addressed that asap.

Gary O'Neill has moved to West Ham from Middlesbrough

I don't think we will see Middlesbrough back in the Big time for a long time.

    Wasn't just for him though

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Think its £38 million, so if you are talking euro the yes in around €47 million. Godin has been poor when he has played this season so i am pretty surprised Atleti have rejected that offer.

Looks like that egotistical bighead is going to get his way at West Ham with 75k a week.

I wonder how many cartwheels he'll do for that?

What's wrong with him wanting as much money as possible?

Good for him. A player's worth and a players wages are determined by what people are determinned to pay for and to him. He's found a club that'll do so. Fair play.

    Re Keane:
He will get his game most likely alongside Carlton cole (which could be an interesting partnership) in the premiership every game while continuing to pick up top wages for another half a season before then having to take a pay cut to stay at the same level most likely. So I would have to think this is a good move for him, better than a permanent move to Birmingham imo and sure he could still get that in the Summer id say or something similar wether West Ham stay up or not and if his goals keep them up then its worth it for West Ham too i guess though I wouldent want Villa paying him such wages
