Turn off annoying prompts

    Just wondering how to turn off the annoying prompts that you get when you login and logout.

    Specifically, when I log in I'm faced with a screen that sits there for a few seconds thanking me for logging in and giving me a link if I don't get automatically re-directed. Can I turn that off? I really don't need to see it, I just want to be logged in.

    Same goes for when I click the logout link. I want to get rid of the pop-up message that asks if I want to logout.

    How do I switch those off?

    They can't be switched off, but when we're looking at that part of the user interface again, they'd be good candidates for removal.
