how do i level up on FIFA 11?????

hi guys, ive been playing fifa 11 online for a while, usually 2vs2 etc with other random people as team mates. But i havnt moved off from level 1 yet..ive won lots of games etc but havnt gone to level 2 yet? how do i level up or where do i check my ratings etc to see my stats etc?? thanks
