    Contradicts my programme but what harm could an extra 3km jog do? Not a rhetorical question btw!

    It should be on column 3 (Days) but the table seems to be a bit messed up. Anyone got any ideas?

    Hi inthewoods you need to remove the quotes.
    Also my impression is that if you score 6 days in a streak and then take a day off, that's ok, that' just your score but yopu can start again and try and beat it, so it's an ever continuing challenge.

    Good man Buck65. I got out and did 20 minutes one day. Squeezed it in between other errands. Wouldn't have done it normally but I had to keep my streak on!

    Does going out onto the road this morning at 6.30 and falling around the place on the ice for 100 metres before going back to bed break my streak? :( Think I'll rescue it with a few miles on the treadmill .

    I'm just wondering how people without treadmills get running on winter days when you'd need snow boots or crampons to walk down the road? I know it's not that dramatic just yet but it certainly was last January.

    Stick a few screws and cheese graters on an old pair of runners and you'll be grand. ;)

    It was a bit slippy this morning but if you can get to a main road verge it should be gritted, luckily for me the roads around Ennis are pretty quiet at 6.45!
    A bit tired today , never ran 5 days in a row , even if it is just 5k per day.
