Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Microsoft marketplace download problem

Hi, just wondering if anyone had a similar problem.
When downloading from windows marketplace the program just disappears/shuts down. But when I go into the download folder the files are still getting larger. So I have all the .tmp files complete but I can't install them through the client because when I restart it thinks the files are still at 2%.
I'm using XP SP3, microsoft anti-virus & firewall. I've installed the XP update for the client. I've removed, reinstalled the client and update twice to be sure and still the same, keeps shutting down when I start downloading.

Is it possible to write the .tmp files to DVD? Any help/info. would be magic.
    Thanks.

Hi Skerries, thanks for the reply. That seems to have done the trick. Its downloading away there, getting further then I have before so thanks and if you haven't done this seems to be the fix. Once .net 4 framework is installed do a restart and off you go. Cheers
