    Took another rest day on Monday as i had a slight groin strain. Not sure if it's from doing the squats twice in a week. Something i'm not used to or the fact i worked out on the Sunday as i was out on Friday night. Either way turns out i'm not a fan of doing the same exercise session twice a week. Think it will get boring. Or doing 4 exercises in a workout.

    So gonna change it up and work everything around deadlifts, sqauts and overhead press. I'll do 2 other exercises each workout and change them around some weeks to shock the system. Not gonna aim for a number of sets or rep range either. Just trying to push the weight.


    Tuesday

    Just some light cardio on the cross trainer. Strain didn't seem to bad and healed a lot overnight.

    20 mins cross trainer
    50 pull ups (not all in one attempt)


    Wednesday

    Worked out well leaving the weights till today as i'll be heading out for the superbowl on Sunday. So will miss Monday meaning i will workout on Sunday again.
