Alternative to Proboards?

Don't know if this is in the right place or not, so apologies if in the wrong forum, but does anyone know of a proboard alternative?

Had a good proboard. Used to have a lot of wrestling merchandise on it (it was an image database). It took months to get photos on it and it pretty much detailed the history of wrestling figures, belts, masks, etc.

However, proboards deleted it for some small reason, and they did so without telling me. Pricks.

So a few of the members want to go for round two and set it all up again. Thing is, Proboards have put me off them altogether with their snide deleting of months' of effort for nothing.

So, does anyone know of a site like proboards, that'll let me make and customise a forum (preferably for free) and do as I feel with it?

    Cheers :)

    Something like Ning maybe?

If you were willing to get hosting you could install mybb or phpbb, free forum software, which are both pretty decent
