spots on bridge of nose

Had my lo at the doc twice over spots on the bridge of her nose, doc said its the teeth....they got worse so creche were asking again what were they so another trip to docs and the same again, i put e45 cream on them. sudocream, you name it I tired. Anyone any suggestions?
