    Hi all. My brother in law needs broadband for his home (Kids want to play ps3 online/new home pc). He doesn't have a phone line and really doesn't need one. He has upc tv in house. Upc have quoted him 25/month + 50 for wireless router. My question is, Is this the cheapest around at the moment for his needs? Thx;)
