First post of the New Year so I suppose I should wish ya'll a prosperous one!;)

I don't want to tempt fate but I've been very careful, training by heart rate with excellent advice, I'm back up to 30+ miles per week and judging by my last few runs......am back:D

I'm not sure I'll be logging runs going forward (bit of an effort) but last night's 6 mile run @ 8:10, HR 149 was great, like I was gliding along.

Next race: Enniscorthy 10k February 12th!

Good man, glad to see you on the roads again.

As most know my thoughts on this, i'm with you on the whole log updating front. Tis alot of work and sure you'ld get an extra mile done while logging a run:p
