Great progress with running...surely you're not chronically tired anymore. You couldnt do that if you were.

I've progressed from being fcuked all the time, I'm about 80%, I have to pay for days I do too much, I'm just trying to strike the balance. I was finding that lack of fitness made things harder, I had hoped to do a 10 miler tomorrow but the way I feel today means that tomorrow will involve a lot of water, fruit and rest. Can't complain though, just working towards a 10 mile run @ 143 hr and 8:15 pace.:)

You know there's a button with a number on it up beside your name that gives you the links to the threads you've posted in, no more 4 page searches for you! ;)

Nothing at the minute, the throat infection/antibiotics knocked me for 6 so I need to hold off till I'm 100% again, C'est la vie. :)

Feeling much better, stronger than I have in the last two years. I'm at the stage now where rest helps me recover, I know that sounds odd but Brianderunner will be able to identify with over exertion followed by unbearable fatigue unaffected by sleep. Now is about gently getting fit, sleeping more (facilitated by not having to get up for school for the next week and then the Summer) and building the cushion between health and illness.

I'm running again, more crucially, I'm enjoying running again, if I push too hard I get set back but only a little, a few days rest and I'm well again.

Last night 5.5 miles 150 hr 9:25 pace

Looking forward to a weekend of socialising with the Boards gang in Limerick.

Great News - To be able to enjoy running is the most important thing first and foremost.

Tell me about it, you cross the line between easy and moderate and wham, you wake up like a truck hit you the next day.

5.6 Miles average hr 152 average pace 9:40

Warm out there today, kept the hr under control allowing the pace to fall, didn't really care about pace tbh, ran a beautiful route taking in some of the Royal canal and back roads to Dunboyne, there's a taste of Summer in the air. (was spitting out midgets for miles);)

You too horse, had a look at that video of all the post race faces, yours was the only one that looked like you'd walked across the road, everyone else was in ribbons.

Yeah, cheers for the shout out after Thomand Park. Sorry I didn't get to chat to you in the evening, I didn't realise you had a phobia of young people's pubs:P

Not so much a phobia as a kind of 'been there done that' vibe when it comes to standing all night, queuing for beer and then queuing for the toilet. ;-)

I'm sure that position would go out the window if I had arrangements to meet Kate Beckinsale decked out in her leather vampire outfit so I can understand where Meno was coming from :-P

In my case, replace Kate Beckinsale with Gary O'Hanlon :o.
In Aimmo's case he had arranged to meet his favourite pacee ;)
