Dell Laptop Beeping Once?

    Hey guys, I need your help.
    This morning when I woke up and turned on my laptop it beeped once really loud.
    So I turned it off(that's how I deal with technology that doesn't work for me) and turned it on again later, and it beeped one time, again.
    Then after about an hour it beeped once.

    It has only just started happening today.
    Does anyone know why?
    It was working fine yesterday.
    I'm backing up everything as we speak I dont want another blue screen and loose everything :mad:

    BIOS beeps are associated with hardware errors during the start-up (boot) process.

    Ok there are alot of different catagories for these beeps?
    And its not jut during the boot process. I used to get one low beep and I knew that was ok but now its really loud. and randomly while the laptop is on.
