I've used a few Enermax PSUs in the past and have always been happy with them. Build quality/reliability has been excellent.

It might be slightly dearer than the other two but it should keep you in good stead for quite a while. (The extra 150watts and fact that it's up to 91% efficient might prove useful also)

Granted I'm not familiar with the other PSUs at all.

If you have the money look for any quiet Corsair/Enermax/SuperFlower (probably badged as Kingwin or NZXT but not sure if they have the >1kW Gold units out yet) PSU rated for 1.2kW+ at 80Plus Gold, they won't steer you wrong. They'll cost lunacy-booth prices though, but at 700W+ draw at peak any efficiency boost is a lot less money on the ESB! :o

That 15.5dBA at idle is attracting me to the Nexus... my only concern is that I don't think it'd be able to keep up with a 4.0GHz i7 - maybe more, depends, and two OCed 580s (we're talking 900+ core here).

It'll probably be the Enermax Revolution. I'm going to go look into the AX1200 from Corsair in a minute though...

Not sure about the new ATNG platform the Nexus, Fractal and many other firms are using for their high-end Gold units. Some moaning about it and the quality of its reviews on JG and they haven't reviewed the platform themselves either :o
