USB Key loads CDROM Drive

Hi, Everytime I insert my USB Key, it loads a CDROM drive. I had this problem before and got advice on how to fix it, I thought I had to show all hidden Files and folders on the USB key and delete a autoexe file or something, but can't see this on the key. Thanks
