UPC first day.

Hi, I just got UPC 30mb installed in the house with the Cisco epc242. Within an hour the connection has dropped, not a good sign at all. Is this normal? I mean I assume it will drop a few times to update and the like the first few days but want to be sure... Also, how can I disable the wireless on this unit supplied by UPC…

Hi,
