Hi there I have filled out the form for rent allowance but have lost the envelope that the CWO gave Me with the postal address to send it to. I think it was a Finglas address if I remember correctly. I live in North Kildare. Would anyone have it by any chance? In the village I'm living the CWO is only available on two…

you drop your completed rent allowance form into your cwo, never heard of them making you send it off
