Thanks Robert, I'll send it back to you as soon as I can get to the post office.

Ok, contact us for the return form, or at least include your order number, what size you want etc so we know who it is from:)

Got my "Need Help" tee this morning. Small bit too big for me I think, but a wash should shrink it to the perfect size, but still love it. The sweets were a very nice touch as well. Really looking forward to buying more from ye in the future.

    Yep, I'd stick with it.

The medium fits me best to begin with but after a few washes I start to look like a man who likes to wear very tight t-shirts without having the body to do so:)

The large is quite big to begin with buts fits better after a wash or two.

The only way to get shirts that don't shrink is to go on a poly/cotton blend, and a lot of people don't seem to like this.

Thanks again and hope you love your tee!

Zaph, i had a similar experience, unfortunately, but thankfully the lovely people in Qwertee were able to help me out, i simply contacted them to let them know, sent it back and almost like magic a new one arrived (this morning as luck would have it)!

Seriously though i was very impressed with the customer service and t-shirt itself is fantastic. (All need now is to get over the disappointment of the Bowser t-shirt not being printed!)

Well done and keep up the good work folks!

    You're very welcome!

Hope the new one works out well for you.

Have any of you run into anyone in a Qwertee shirt yet, I've got a few reports from friends that have seen them out and about, am spending far too much of my life in front of the computer to see any in the real world yet myself:)

    Thanks again.

    Great stuff, glad it arrived.

Just 40 minutes left of our current tee before the new one launches.

I never got a confirmation email about my order? Should I have got one?

Not sure which tee your order is for?

Sending out dispatch emails for Crack now, all tees after, yet to go out.

Try your spam folder if you don't see it, they can end up there sometimes.

    Thanks

Oh, and the new tee is now live:

Got my Need Help! tee this morning. It looks great, but I have to echo what people were saying about the neck being a bit too big. They'd be perfect if they had a smaller neck.

Do you have to use photoshop to create your own tee or can you just use paint?

Ahh man.. a Paint T-Shirt would be epic! :D

But seriously, the format that the Mockup Kit is in is only readable in Photoshop.

But if you can manage to make a worthwhile design in Paint.. more power to ya!

    Ummm..

    a) transparency there would help
    b) it's not an original image
    c) it's far too small methinks
    d) they probably need a in a Photoshop format (PSD etc)

Just on this, talked to the manufacturer and as of two months ago they are only being made with the smaller neck. Now some of our stock has the wider neck but the good news is that once that is used up all shirts should be the same and with the narrower neck (if this is what you like).

    Thanks for your order!

Got my third Qwertee shirt today, the one I'm most happy with tbh being a big House fan.. I can see myself buying the "Tonight we dine in hell one" if it ever comes back. But tbf if it wasn't for boards I'd have never heard of this site!
