    Hey Guys,

    I want to cook Monkfish tonight! Saw a recipe in Neven Cooks (Which i have at home), its Monkfish with Leek & Bacon Mash (If i remember correctly). Anyway, i dont have the cook book here and want to pick up the ingredients on my way home from work.

    Does anyone have a copy handy that could tell me what i need to get? Thanks SO much in advance, will save me some time and the enviroment cos otherwise ill have to drive past the supermarket to get home, then come back again to do the shopping :)

    serves 4
    4 fillets 6 oz each
    olive oil
    streaky bacon
    butter
    leeks
    mashed potatoes

    sauce:
    red wine
    beef stock
    caster sugar
    thyme
    balsamic vinegar
    tomato puree

    we'll be there at 7.30

    Thats a really good monkfish recipe. Tried it a while ago and loved it.
