e-mail has changed and I don't know my password

Hi Sounds daft , I have changed my e-mail , have no access to my old one . Heres the rub, I don't know my password , I depend on my browser to log me in ( i know silly ) Is there a way of changing my e-mail address ?? The user CP expects you to enter your p/w and of course I don't actually know it ! Many thanks David
