Just wanted to see if anyone went to check out National Kart Centre in Limerick. I was there last weekend to try out new track.Have ta say I thought it was good. Compared to Delta it is much more spacious and there is good room to overtake on it. Karts seem v quick and pretty even. Well worth a look. More things like this needed in Limerick.

    Betterfly. :D

I was quite disappointed with Delta Karting, the tracks are just too narrow and there is very little room to overtake.

Are the tracks in this place any better?

It's funny that there are now 3 Go Karting places in and around Limerick City, this time last year the only one was out in Kilcornan.

The track at national kart centre is plenty wide to be honest. There are places where you can end up with three karts side by side flat out around bends

Whats the minimum age for the karts.

I had a 10 and 11 year old out there and they enjoyed it. I prefered it to Delta myself. Adults and Childrens carts not allowed out on the track together.

Definitely gonna check it out this week. Was at Delta last week so will be nice to be able to compare for myself.
