Oh Lordy. I love a bit of weather drama myself but have to admit that I'm terrified of lightning and thunder >_<

So glad I went back to Sligo this weekend :P Just a bit windy here.

Nothing to be terrified about ...unlike our economic elements

Just went for a walk around (Dublin 9), like a blizzard. Not fully snow though, closer to hail. Thunder is setting off house alarms all over the place too.

Holy moley! Its chucking it down here in Rathmines!
Mostly its hailstones but there is, what looks to be, an inch on the tops of the cars in the street. Heard some thunder a while back but nothing too major.

Well, what I was wishing for was visibility of 400m, temp and dew point the happy sides of -9, with drifting snow for the next 24 hours. What does your jibberish mean? :P :D

Can anyone confirm SOUTHERLY winds in the south Dublin area? (particularly Dublin 2 and 4. A flag i can see is clearly being blown by a southerly wind, while the clouds are coming from northeast...

Not sure how to explain it, some sort of circulation or convergence zone effect? I'm only guessing here. It's been like this for the last half hour.
