    Fantastic snow here now, best for years in Waterford, Total Whiteout. Going take a video and post it here soon :D

    looks like cork is left as the snow shield king now that waterford is a white out! well done!

    A bit disappointing so far, higher up (220 m asl) in West Waterford, we have a dusting of snow that is sticking, took it all of 3 hours of spitting tiny little flakes to get to that.
    Was just talking to someone lower down, they've had an inch, so it must be the temperature...
    ... and all these people East who keep the good flakes to themselves :p

    Still snowing ligthly here, has never really stopped, temp is still 0, no signs of thaw yet.

    When the thaw does arrive it will take alot to shift this amount of snow

    thaw out started about an hour ago here in bray:mad: a lot of it has melted away since then and the temps are still on the rise 4.4/Dp0.7

    Waiting 20 years for good snow in Waterford and where am I? Dublin!! Still plenty of the white stuff here :) I wonder does this bode well for more snow in Waterford this winter. Hope so!

    It will somewhat especially in the city but temps of around 1-3c all day will mean it will struggle to especially inland off the coast.

    Cheers. Just looked outside and The roads are completely white. Might be okay a bit later but I can't risk another snow shower.
