Why does the snow make the place look brighter at night?

Usually if I look out the kitchen window on a normal night, I wouldn't see a thing. But tonight with the snow, there is a yellowish tint to the sky and you can see the trampoline and the shed back the garden.

All the light reflecting back off the white of the snow. Kinda like how the sun light reflecting off the moon makes it shine at night

Looking like most of the snow is over for North Co Dublin but liking the look of some of the snow heading over from Scotland on the radar.

Should make the morning interesting if it makes it this far.

You would want to get down to Carrigaline, we had 11 flakes.

    Get out the snow plough.
