Yes, the Wiggle offer is definitely misleading. They advertise it as 10%/20% "off list price" but few places ever charge the actual list/RRP price anyway, they just show it at all to imply that the actual selling price is some kind of bargain. And as you say, many things are already as much as 20% less than list on their site - not all of them are, mind you, so there is an extra saving to be made in some cases but it certainly isn't as generous an offer as it looks at first glance. Pity too, as it would have made them competitive for a couple of things I am interested in.

Ya the Wiggle one was a big dissapointment with there terms and conditions so didn't get anything. The CRC one was much better and got some good bargains.

Merlin Cycles are in on the act now with 10% off everything until Midnight Sunday.
