Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Got a quick question on this.. im 23 and was on the dole for almost 2 years so this didn't effect me when it came in, got a job in the last few months and my contract is up at the end of december, absolutely planking it il have to go back on the dole..

I turn 24 at the start of march, my question is - will i only be on 150pw until march or do i have to be '24 on the 1st on January' kind of thing?

Also is there a way of avoiding the lower rate.. ?

How long have you been signed off the dole?

The reduced age related personal rate of Jobseeker’s Allowance for claimants under 25 years of age does not apply where an existing Jobseeker’s Allowance claimant is assessed at the higher rate of allowance gets work but loses that job and is back on Jobseeker’s Allowance within 12 months
