Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How old is your laptop? Are you plugging the sd card into the sd card slot in the laptop? The reason i ask, is that older laptops wont recognise SDHC cards.

When you attach the camera to your laptop (via usb) does it appear as an extra drive in My Computer.

If it does double click and see if you can manually copy and paste the photos from there.

Check specs for the laptop, some slots only support SD card (max 2GB).

Try a different card in the slot.

Are you sure its a sdhc card, I think those cameras sometimes use an XD card. (sorry to doubt you)

If its a sdhc card and you know you are saving pictures to it, you can buy a card reader in €2 shop or any discount shop that plugs into the usb port. Maybe there is a problem with the card reader. If using vista it can be awkward with all these prompts you get, and you must confirm again and again the same thing. Maybe there is some issue with the driver installer. Do you get any prompt when you insert card ? are you logged on with administrator privilages ?

    Hope it helps
