Router recommendations?

Looking for a new router to replace my Netgear DG834GT that died during the week.
Nothing fancy, just something with wireless and a decent range. Thinking of just getting the same again if I can find one, but it's been a few years since I looked around so there might be better options.

    Any recommendations?

    how do you find it?

any benefits over the http://www.netgear.co.uk/dgnd3300.php which has an adsl modem built in, but seems to be dual band also

    I find it great.
The 5GHz isn't as strong as my previous DGL-4500, but otherwise is a pretty solid purchase. Streams my 720p mkvs to my HTPC nicely over wifi (from wired server).

Also, am on UPC so I don't need the DSL Modem.
I think the DGND3300 is actually a WNDR3300 with ADSL Modem
    http://www.netgear.co.uk/wndr3300.php

Not sure of the differences - although the spec on the Netgear website says the 3700 is enterprise class versus the 3300. Also I think the 3700 has better CPU - but can't be sure.

OK, I'm still struggling. Should have mentioned that I need an integrated modem.

I'm thinking of sticking with Netgear, thinking of either the DGND3300 or the DGN3500

From what I can see, the main differences are:
    - the 3500 isn't dual band, doesn't support 5GHz.
But my phone (Desire HD) is 2.4 only, and the laptop probably is too, so not sure that matters.
    - The 3300 has 8 internal antennas (antennae?) vs 3 in the 3500.

and that seems to be about it. For the sake of the extra 8 quid from Dabs, may as well get the 3300.

    Am I missing anything else?
Any other alternatives I should be looking at? (I'm not tied to Netgear, but I was geting a bit confused by all the options and it was a bit more familiar).

Main things I'll want it for is video streaming and gaming.

i went with the 3700, wanted to future proof things somewhat, and have dual band to split the legacy wifi bands, and have the n band on its own

working away fine with my netopia adsl modem

streaming works very well over wifi now

    happy out with it

You could go seperate modem and router.
    Get the DSL-302 http://www.pixmania.ie/ie/uk/1330618/art/d-link/dsl-320b-modem.html
    and then the WNDR3700
Similar end price to your 3500

Other Single box to consider that works really well is the Dlink DSL-2740R http://www.dabs.ie/products/d-link-wireless-n-bt-adsl2--router-with-4-port-10-100-switch-72D2.html
    but isn't dual band.
