To the bollix in the Golf who hit my fathers parked Silver Nissan Xtrail at 5:30am in Bray last night and who didn't even get out to look at the damage but just drove off. You're on candid camera and have one chance to man up and own up and let the insurance sort it out rather than the Guards for Hit and Run. I am giving you this one chance because maybe it was so early you didn't want to knock on doors at that hour to find the owner.
