if this is as bad- i mean as good- :P as forecast, can someone take a video if there are blizzard-like conditions in your location. i would do so myself but it's highly unlikely i'll be seeing heavy snow this far west.

That gave me a glancing hit, just missed, gave 5mins of snow grains, heavy enough and the lightning.

Pelting down in Bray. Just back from a long walk around the town. It is going to be epic by tomorrow morning.

How did you get away with that?? In east Waterford (Cheekpoint) the snow has been there for days and the road through my village is pure sheet ice -- even dodgy to walk on. The temperature outside my house at 1600 yesterday was -5 degrees.

The sun showed its face today and it thawed some of the snow on trees, but it did damn all for the road and, particularly, the hill just past my house. This is getting serious as I am running out of fags and Irish whiskey. No sign of gritters, but then they can't grit every minor road in the county. It begins to look as if I am about to become a non-smoker and a non-drinker.

We have the old snow and ice from 2 days ago. But me wants more fresh stuff!!:pac:
White spirits is supposed to be very good Ive heard if ya run out of booze!

WTF is the story with that latest radar image? There's a tunnel between 2 hefty showers that's missing Lucan. Did I piss somebody off or something?

Light wet snow in Rathfarnham for the past 15 mins or so.

Any chance of the snow making it to Portlaoise?
