Am looking for some classes from January on, anyone know of any? Not too expensive but looking to learn to cook before heading off to college. Somewhere to get a few ideas! Do any of the hotels do them?

Mostly held in the city centre, but I see the Xmas classes are held on the Tuam Rd. Never tried the classes myself, but I hope to get around to it at some stage!
