I Discovered a black metal band similar to Emperor

    I just came upon a band from Armenia called Sworn by accident one day, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I've heard other bands who tried to copy Emperor, but just were'nt that great. A band called Eclipse is worth a mention though, but they are not as class as Sworn though. Some of their music reminds me of 'In The Nightside Eclipse' and 'Anthems to The Welkin At Dusk'. Other stuff like 'Tended High' reminds me some of Emperor's later material. I'm also amazed and shocked that this band haven't been signed yet.

    Just got the albums there. It'll be a few days before I get to listen to them fully, but I checked out a couple of songs on Twilight and they sound very promising. Here's hoping that they get signed in future.

    I never liked the song "Sworn" though, I just couldn't get into it at all. 'IX Equilibrium' is a pretty good album with some class songs, but it's definitely not as great as the first two albums.

    Cheers for that, I LOVE that Twilight album, only got round to listening to it and its on non stop at the minute.
