Insulation Costs

    Hi,
    I am in the process of a new self build home. The big question is insulation. I am very interested in either spray foam insulation or cellulose insulation. Does anyone have costs for either of these types of insulation?
    I will not need insulation until February, but would like to have an idea of cost and possible insulation contractors? If you have anyone you would recommend could you PM me. I would appreciate any help or advice.

    The house has a concrete block exterior shell. Inside the interior is all timber framing. There is a timber frame stud wall all around the exterior wall of the house.
