Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If I'm understanding you correctly, I believe that you are looking for the following:

<li><a href="#" title="insert hover text here">Photo Name</a></li> (note the part in bold)

However, I'm not entirely sure if that is what you are asking. Perhaps posting the html would be of help.

fanny is almost right, although i would imagine you'll just want to add the title to the image tag, so your image tag will be something like

<img src="folder/image.jpg" title="text you want on hover" alt="alt text">

it's been a while though!
