    Yea very mediocre this year the whole thing seems very tired and devoid of new ideas on all sides.
    So tonight's task is to get women to buy as much take away booze as possible but emphasise that they must drink responsibly, the hypocrisy of it all!

    Why does he say I'll talk to her tonight. Surely it would be better to take her aside so that things can be done sooner so time is not wasted. With only two of them it's not like they have time on their side.

    Bad idea barry and michelle havin no team-leader, no direction, no-one with the final say, sure no wonder they're headin for a bust up, very interesting if they lose, who'll be fired as they would have been in the interview stage IMO

    What's the reason for being reasonable?
