Anyone ever read them? Were they any good? I used to watch the Ultraforce cartoon back when I was a kid, and I've been reading up on the line again since, but I've not been able to find the comics anywhere.

Anyone know where you might get some?

I have to admit I liked them. It was a strange story. The company was Malibu Comics and they had their own line of titles, The Protectors, being the main one with linked titles. Then they suddenly dropped that line and came up with the Ultraverse. Half way through that Marvel bought them out. they suddenly dropped everything and restarted the Ultraverse crossing it over with the Marvelverse.

I liked both the original line and the Ultraverse until Marvel screwed it up. Someone should look at the Protectors characters. I think they were public domain at that time like the Project Superpowers heroes now.

Yeah I read all about the Marvel/Ultra crossovers.

You don't happen to know where you could buy some of these things, do you?

Also, if you haven't check out the cheesy TV adaptation of "Night Man" from Glen "Battlestar Galactica" Larson.

Any place that does back issues might have a few. Have you tried Sub City Conmics? They weren't great sellers, so their availability now would probably depend on them being over ordered at the time as opposed to original purchasers selling them off.

Yes i recall the Night Man TV show. It was watchable for its time.
