Any good rooftop bars open this winter in Dublin? As a potential aside, is the M&S Restaurant still open and heated? What are its opening hours?

Fitzsimons's in Temple Bar has a rooftop bar. Not sure if its open for the winter though, and don't expect a cheap pint..
