UPC broadband down

anyone else having problems with their UPC broadband in Dublin 11. The TV is still working it happened just after i was in the attic checking for frozen shower pipes, and i am not sure if i knocked something off but i chekced all the wires and them seem fine. i am hoping and praying it is a UPC fault and i dont have to…
