Stopped now, hopefully a mere teaser of the blizzards about to descend on the city and a snow day for all declared tomorrow!

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

anyone got a link to the atc? i know its been posted a million times but searching throught hthe treads is a nightmare

Is that the Dublin Airport Radio Waves you looking for?
Please can any expert on here advise about snowfall between Dublin Stoneybatter to Ballsbridge over tmrw or next couple days. Know it's very specific but.....here's hoping

I'm no expert, but were looking at a bit of a thaw at the moment. Considering Ballsbridge is quite low-lying, it'll probably be slush if it doesn't snow tonight. Luckily though, there seems to be a bit heading our way now, it's over Dublin 4, so it should be near you. : ) As for long term, I have no clue, but it's promising. There'll be a major drop in temp. on Thursday too I think.

Just went out the back with the ruler, just below the 14cm mark. Carlow Kilkenny boarder, and its still coming down pretty heavy.
I'm gonna try an igloo tomorrow, got a polar bear in the garden already.(made from snow obviously, no polar bears this far south)

I have no job, no money and if I'm gonna have to be cold while trudging around looking for a job I better be having fun throwing snowballs at children that are way too small to throw them back at me.

Hurry up God and snow rathfarnham back to the ice or I swear I'll continue to not believe in you.

will post a reply later, have to go to Ratoath now to collect my daughter and drop her back to Duleek, could be "interesting"! Seeing more now in Ashbourne in the last half hour than in the rest of the evening, and if it keeps this up, the scenario for the morning could be complicated.

    Steve

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁

Unbelievably, the snow has been coming down torrentially for over two hours now!!! And is appears that someone has nicked the steps out in the back garden and replaced them with a ramp!
