Goulash recipe please??

    In the kitchen at the moment I have stewing beef, fresh peppers, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, various herbs and spices and spuds.
    Don't really want to do another stew, I'm thinking along the lines of a goulash or something, any suggestions anyone with the ingredients I have?
