Missed Bin Collection due to weather - how are these rescheduled?

    Our bin is full, and the tag already purchased and put out before we heard Mondays collection was canceled.

    Do we have to wait till the next collection or leave the bin out in the hope they pass by on a "catch-up" sometime this week?

    Thanks - have never missed one before

    Did you get any word from the Council on a catch-up collection?

    Ours was missed today.......

    Nope - this was on the Waterford City website - I can only presume County will do the same as haven't found out anything else.
    Bin Collection Information
    Due to icy road conditions, Waterford City Council’s bin collection will not take place today (Tuesday 30th Nov) or until the ice has melted. Weather permitting, any uncollected bins will be emptied next week on the same day as your regular bin collection, so remember to put both bins out for collection next week. This website will have any updates on this collection.
