    Prob pretty far from the coldest. Poland was -20C just there and Siberia can drop to -60C in the winter.

    Wouldnt have a clue but the whole of northern Europe is currently experiencing this weather. In fact we're still relatively mild in comparison to central Europe

    Most of northern and central Europe, Northern America, Northern Asia is colder than us.

    I doubt it. All of europe bar mediterranean countries would be colder than us, and a huge amount of asia as well.
