The guys might run out of time though.

Or not get all the items. So the penalties may outweigh the discounts.

Thread renamed (its week 9) :)

This kitchen unit could cost them a bit, they're struggling now.

But I think the womens' lack of negotiating skills could cost them aswell.

That kind of sucks, because Jamie was pretty on point today. The other 2 guys were faffing about with the Blue Book.

This is a brilliant task. Last year's one was great too, with the Nigella seeds.

Can anyone imagine Dr Bill setting a task like this? Bring us back a coupl'a penny apples, a Renault Flatulence, a big red buke, and a wedding ring from de boyiz in Appleby's. Remember yiz are spendin' muy munny!

Stuart's celebrations are disturbing. Imagine his O face ... No, actually, don't.

    Boys will win..........

I wonder does having the cameras there make doing a deal a little easier??

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,005 ✭✭✭MistyCheese

7 out of 10? Lord Shug will not be impressed.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,287 ✭✭✭padraig_f

Girls will win now, 50 pounds penalty plus list price will be impossible to beat.

  • Registered Users Posts: 638 ✭✭✭ferretone

So depends on difference between massive discounts for boys and the penalties they incur

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,765 ✭✭✭Diddler1977

That wolf toothed one is very sly. Can't stand her.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,005 ✭✭✭MistyCheese

    Now for the numbers...

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,117 ✭✭✭AnnyHallsal

    That wolf toothed one

    What a poetic description.

Wow. Not hugely surprised. The girls couldn't negotiate for crap. Liz's attitude right now won't do her favours.

  • Registered Users Posts: 669 ✭✭✭the west wing

Wow! What a good prize. On the Irish Apprentice they would be lucky if they got a trip to Portlaoise!

Can't believe the boys won with those penalties!!

Hope to god Laura is gone, how she got to this stage and is still in it.

Yeah Jamie was brilliant with his 2 items. He got very lucky.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,117 ✭✭✭AnnyHallsal

Elizabeth to go? Seems the obvious choice.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,432 ✭✭✭df1985

the girls get all their items, bit unfair. Jesus them gimps in paris, no wonder the french hate the brits!

  • Registered Users Posts: 638 ✭✭✭ferretone

I'd say Liz too. Have been afraid for a while she might be too nice for business really

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,908 ✭✭✭✭Busi_Girl08

Stella, Laura and Liz in trouble.

Down between Stella and Liz, I'd say. Laura could get the "Why didn't you step in and negotiate more" critique aswell though.

I don't think she's too nice. I think she lacks fire, creativity, energy.
