Try Guiney's on Talbot Street or The Bargin Basement in Arnott's!
Penney's is also brilliant for scarfs,hats and gloves. You can get 2 pairs of magic gloves for €2!!!

As the previous poster already said, Penneys is your man.

They also sell thermal wear there. I bought a load of the thermal tops last year for the bike and I wear them all the time when it's cold. They look like regular tops too, they're not the grannyish old-school ones with the little holes in them.
