I've had to replace the speaker in my phone and the new one is cracking already. Anyone know of the cause of this issue or is it something that Nokia are keeping quiet about?

Worked in a phone shop for 3 years, bloody phone is a disaster, the speaker always goes in them, not really too sure what causes it, its a pity cos its such a nice phone
