Trim on Saturday Jan 1st

    Taking advantage of the boards deal & going to trim for the night on Jan 1st. What would there be to do in the town that day (probably arrive around lunch time)? Would there be much life about the town that night?

    What's the boards deal? :confused:

    The castle would be a must-see, but I'm not sure it would be open Jan 1st. You could go for a nice walk by the Boyne and slip into Marcies for a pint. :)

    Then get a bit of grub somewhere in town and have another pint. Or two. Or ....
