Freudian slip or typo by Chairman Phibbs

    A recent letter to the Liffey Champion signed by the Chairman of the CRA is signed Gary Phibbs is this a freudian slip or a sublte way of admitting he is economical with the truth:confused:
    Truth is indeed sometimes stranger than fiction.

    Cant find the Liffey Champion online.

    The guys name is Phipps not Phibbs. Was wondering if Phibbs = fibs.
